The beds were big and comfortable, with brand-new and neat rooms. The hotel offers a spectacular view over the sea. The staff was attentive and the best I've encountered during my stay. The breakfast was above average and satisfying. The check-in process was easy and efficient. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas.

Great location! It's close to a supermarket, which is super convenient. the room I stayed in had a comfy queen size bed 😊.

Only the beach

Everything else, it was a horrible nightmare, got sick, my wife got very sick, throwing up and with diahrrea, had to go to hospital and stay overnight, also the hotel staff, particularly the reception desk is so stupid and unattentive, they just repeat "momentito" and take on other requests, will definitely never stay there again...

Most items were included for free, such as most food, sports, and amenities. The beach and pool water was perfect. Very pretty atmosphere.

Buying anything was too expensive, even if all customers are tourists. A 30 minute $130 massage? No thanks. The free wifi "hotspost" is often broken and might let you obtain an ip address on the 30th try. Only available in lobby and pool area, not in rooms. Checking in took over two hours, I'm not sure what they even use the computers for. Our room initially had no towels or pillow cases, and the blankets were both dirty. They fixed it, but after a 2 hour check-in, you would hope to have a prepared room.

The property had exceptionally friendly staff, especially the maids. the room was comfortable with a nice view of the ocean. - the breakfast offered a wide range of delicious meals. - the location was marvelous, close to bars, buffet, restaurants, and public areas.

What I liked best at this resort was the fresh food and natural juices that were served throughout the various places to eat. Other than that I liked checking out of this place.

Way too crowded - If you are going some place to rest and relax this is not the place. There are people everywhere. Crazy long lines at the bar for drinks which come in 6 ounce cups. No fancy Pina Coladas or island island inspired umbrella drinks here. Beyond crowded beach and pool areas. People leave their towels on beach chairs marking their territory so that no one else can use them for hours. Most visitors are from Europe who unfortunately walk around all day looking ugly with dog faces. I know it's a tempting deal because of price but guys don't do it.

My room was terrible, the beds were very uncomfortable I could feel the springs on my bad and the condition of the room was very poor. The air condition did not work properly and we had no iron to iron our clothes. We asked for a non smoking room and we were given a room that spelled like smoke the entire time we were there. This hotel need to be renovated as soon as possible.
